Apartment Regulations
The purpose of these regulations is to ensure all guests a pleasant, peaceful and respectful stay, while preserving the shared spaces and the tranquility of the property. By booking at Alghero in Bicicletta B&B, guests fully accept the following conditions.
GENERAL RULES
- Access to the property is permitted only to registered guests.
- Please respect the facilities, furnishings, and other guests.
- Sleeping hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Smoking is prohibited in the room.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
- Check-in time is yours if you let us know sufficiently in advance (48 hours).
- Check-out time is after breakfast, but we are very flexible, and luggage storage is free.
- Proof of identity must be presented upon arrival.
USE OF BICYCLES
- Bicycles are available to guests.
- Use of bicycles is at your own risk.
- Proper and respectful use is required. Any faults should be reported. Verified
- Ideal for reaching the city center and beaches while avoiding the car in 50°C heat, traffic, and parking.
PETS
- Pets are allowed; in fact, they are welcomed with great joy!
- They must be handled with respect for the spaces and other guests.
- Any conditions or additional charges must be agreed upon. They must have their own kennel and are not allowed on the beds.
BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS
- We will provide details at the time of booking.
- In case of cancellation or no-show, the following conditions apply:
- Free cancellation or payment 10 days before check-in.
- We will refund half the amount if canceled 5 days before check-in.
- We do not refund for no-shows, but we will keep the room available.
- Any changes must be communicated promptly.
